The Send Out Your Spirit Sponsor’s Handbook has been prepared especially for adult sponsors who accompany teens through the Confirmation process. It provides information and guidance that the sponsor needs to help the teen reflect, discuss, and pray about his or her experience. The Sponsor’s Handbook also provides a brief history and overview of the role of sponsorship in the Church and some general requirements for fulfilling that role.
