Chris Geraghty's Bookroom Talk

Chris Geraghty — theologian, former priest, and former judge of the District Court of NSW — starred in our latest Garratt Publishing Book Room talk in early May.

Author of Jesus the Forgotten Feminist, Chris presented an interesting insight into the origins of misogyny in the Catholic Church that seemed, at times, ludicrous and outrageous as seen through today’s lens.  In fact, many people were left shaking their head in disbelief. What ensued post question time was a lively discussion, refreshment refills, and signed copies of Chris’s book.
