Frederick Bauerschmidt is professor of theology at Loyola University Maryland and a permanent deacon of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, assigned to Corpus Christi parish. He is the author of several books, including Thomas Aquinas: Faith, Reason, and Following Christ and Why The Mystics Matter Now.
