Each Tiny Saints has a short biographical sketch on the back of its packaging.
Biographical information on the back of the package:
In all of history, no one has contributed as much to Western monasticism as St. Benedict. Born in Italy sometime around 480, Benedict founded twelve monasteries before founding the famous Monte Cassino. He wrote the Rule of St. Benedict to create for his monks a balanced, moderate and reasonable approach to a life of prayer and work.
